The Magic of Bathtime

It's amazing what happens when you combine 2 perfectly naked bare butts, a jetted tub and a little bit of bubble bath. :)

Comments!

As a side note for the day, I really appreciate when people take the time out of their day to post comments to my ramblings of madness. People I know and even those I don't who may want me to stop by their blogspots to check out their mad rantings as well :).

BUT FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY!!! To those people out there who are posting comments merely to advertise some product or internet shopping spot... STOP POSTING YOUR ADS!! You are pissing me off and I delete them as soon as I become aware of them so quit it will ya?!?!?!

This public service announcement brought to you by the letter A and the number 3

Wind of Change

Look not mournfully into the past
It comes not back again
Wisely Improve the Present
It is thine
Go forth to meet the shadowy future, without fear.
- Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

Life really is one big wild ride isn't it? Most of the time I feel like I'm just trying to hold on tight enough so I don't fall off. Over the past few years I have started to enjoy the ride a bit more, no matter what each sharp turn, drop or loop brings with it. To be honest, it's a really good feeling but I must admit, it's a bit overwhelming at times.

I can say though that with all the changes in the air it's been a bit difficult to stay focused on the more important things in my life... the little moments that make the wild ride worth it. But every once in a while I remember that most often, the most gratifying and content moments in life tend to be the most simple and I begin to appreciate them again.

He he.. as my good friend Michele would expect to hear from say... Things really are just insanely crazy right now.

I sold my house which ends the era of suburban living. Which I guess is a really good thing... never felt quite right in that scenario although I will forever look back at the times we shared in that house with fond memories. And with that thought... let the packing begin!!!

I'm currently in the market for a new house which has proven to be one of the most frustrating and exhausting tasks I have yet to experience. This is due partly to my own little neurotic dream for the perfect house. You know what I'm talking about... the perfect little bungalow with all the craftsmanship, personality and warmth of an older home (when people actually cared about what they were creating). The home that is just waiting for me to come in and add my personal touches... with the end result being my perfect little abode. (Yes I know, they should make drugs for people like me.) The only other requirements I have are a nice size back yards (that one was a direct request from Princess Abby) and a neighborhood where I don't have to worry about drive bys or the local drug dealer down the street.

I ASK YOU... Is this too much to ask? I THINK NOT! However, as I continue on this quest, I'm finding very quickly that this is much more difficult then one might think. The truth of the matter is... I'm not alone in my quest. Houses that are worth anything out there tend to be on the market for less than a day before there are fifty offers on them (ok perhaps that is an overexaggeration but hey this is my blog and I'm entitled to it occasionally.) ARE YOU FEELING MY PAIN HERE? :)

Anywho... I have just received word that my offer on one of these particular perfect homes was beat out by a competing offer. Depressing? Yes... but I am more determined then ever. Even if it will take some time. Until then, I am fortunate to have amazing people in my life that have offered to put me and my most adorable munchkins up for a bit. So the adventure continues.

What else is new? OH YEAH!!!! My boyfriend Jason and I decided to take a roadtrip to see 'Johnny Vatos' Tribute to Halloween' concert in Anaheim California. I must admit I was secretly hoping and wishing for Danny Elfman to make a surprise appearance but alas he was unable to attend. However, with that said, the concert was absolutely amazing and I was left feeling a little upset that I had not been obsessed with Boingo much sooner so that I may have had the opportunity of seeing them perform all together. Sigh...

OK! I have talked long enough... I bid you farewell for now...

Ciao!
